Online Take Care will send an email to the customer as soon as the order is received, endorsed, processed, dispatched and delivered. The email notification will let you know the approximate duration of days that will take for the order to arrive. What is your returns policy?
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a stable condition within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
Are there any non refundable products?
Any products you would like to return must be in the same physical state as when they were purchased. For hygiene reasons Lingerie, Pierced Earrings, Hats and Fascinating are non-returnable. Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.

How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 10 days when we’re very busy. Over the last season we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return. We will continue to try and reduce it this season.
